Team and Access Management

ATLA AI is an Enterprise-tier platform designed for large teams, sales departments, and contact centers. To ensure the proper allocation of responsibilities and data protection, the interface features robust Team Management.

Inviting Members

You can invite as many employees to your workspace as your contact center requires. Each member will receive personal access to the dashboard via an email invitation.

Roles and Access Rights

Permissions can be specifically designated to each employee role. This ensures sales managers only see their assigned dialogues, while access to financial analytics or complex platform mechanics is strictly reserved for leadership.

  • Owner: Unrestricted access to all features: billing, complex integrations, creating new AI employees, and managing team access.
  • Admin: Can continuously train AI employees through the Knowledge Base, attach active channels, and view complete cross-company analytics, but without billing access.
  • Operator / Manager: Basic access level. Can monitor dialogues within the unified Inbox, intercept ongoing chats from AI employees, and read client history, but cannot modify the artificial intelligence logic itself.
