Team and Access Management
ATLA AI is an Enterprise-tier platform designed for large teams, sales departments, and contact centers. To ensure the proper allocation of responsibilities and data protection, the interface features robust Team Management.
Inviting Members
You can invite as many employees to your workspace as your contact center requires. Each member will receive personal access to the dashboard via an email invitation.
Roles and Access Rights
Access is granular. There's an Owner with full access — and team members whose rights you grant precisely, section by section. You can start from a ready-made role preset or fine-tune it for a specific person, so everyone sees only their own working zone.
Owner
Unrestricted access to the workspace. Can:
- Manage billing and subscription
- Create, train, and configure AI employees
- Edit the Knowledge Base and Business Profile
- Connect and configure communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, etc.)
- Connect external integrations (CRM, Telegram notifications, etc.)
- Invite and remove members, assign their rights
- View all analytics, quality control, and leads
- Change organization settings
Granular member rights
For each invited member, you decide what they can see and what they can manage — section by section:
- Leads & CRM
- Quality Control (dialogues, chat takeover)
- Communication channels
- AI employees
- Knowledge Base & Business Profile
- Analytics
- External integrations
- Team
- Subscription & billing
- Organization settings
For each section you set a level: view only or manage. This way an operator sees only the CRM and chat takeover, an analyst sees only analytics, and a tech specialist sees only channels and integrations. Billing and AI training can stay reserved for leadership.
Ready-made roles (presets)
To avoid setting everything up from scratch, ready-made presets are available when you add a member — and you can fine-tune them right away:

TIP
Members with access to leads still receive new-lead notifications via the Telegram group and push, if those are configured by the owner.
