Available Metrics

Within the Analytics section, you have access to the following real-time visualizations and reports:

1. AI Performance Metrics

  • Total Dialogues: Across all connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram).
  • Average Response Time (ART): The speed of the AI employee's reaction to client messages (in fractions of a second).
  • Resolution Rate: The percentage of dialogues the AI employee successfully closed independently without escalating to a live operator.

2. Business Intelligence

  • Conversion Funnel: The volume of initial inquiries, the number of qualified leads, and how many reached the desired target action (purchase cycle, booking).
  • Traffic Sources: Client flow distribution across messengers.
  • Intent Analysis: The top most frequent questions and primary reasons your clients are reaching out.

Report Export

All collected analytics can be exported to CSV or Excel formats for further deep-dive analysis in your internal BI systems (Tableau, PowerBI) or compiling reports for stakeholders. This data belongs exclusively to you and is highly secured.
