The ATLA AI platform collects comprehensive information on every interaction, turning raw dialogues into clear, actionable metrics for your business.

The built-in Analytics dashboards empower marketers, sales executives, and CEOs to make decisions based on real data.

Available Metrics

Within the Analytics section, you have access to the following real-time visualizations and reports:

1. AI Performance Metrics

  • Total dialogues and messages: across all connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, widget).
  • Average AI response time (ART): how fast the AI employee reacts to client messages (fractions of a second).
  • Average customer response time: how quickly the client replies - an engagement indicator.
  • Average messages per dialogue: how "long" conversations tend to be.
  • Lead conversion and total leads for the period.

2. Business Intelligence

  • Conversion funnel: how many initial inquiries there were, how many leads were qualified, and how many reached the target action (purchase, booking).
  • Traffic sources by channel: distribution of customer flow across messengers.
  • Top AI employees: who handled the most inquiries.
  • Activity by hour: a heatmap of when the most messages and leads arrive - handy for planning shifts and promotions.

Period and Filters

Every report is built for a selected period: ready-made presets (7 / 14 / 30 days, current month) or a custom "from… to…" date range.

Report Export

Analytics can be exported in two formats:

  • PDF - a ready, branded report with charts and a summary that you won't be embarrassed to show management or investors.
  • Excel (XLSX) - raw data (summary, funnel, activity by hour) for analysis in your BI systems (Tableau, Power BI).

This data belongs exclusively to you and is securely protected.
