By using the services, AI employees, or API access to the ATLA AI platform, you automatically agree to the public offer governing the provision of SaaS services. This document contains information regarding:

Privacy Policy

Your data is your primary asset. We strictly do not use your clients' correspondence, corporate Knowledge Bases, uploaded price lists, or custom prompts to publicly train third-party generative models. The ATLA AI Engine infrastructure guarantees 'tenant isolation,' meaning data from Company A physically cannot intersect with or be generated in response to clients of Company B.

If you operate in regions requiring GDPR compliance, ATLA AI provides all necessary tools upon request. The entire platform infrastructure ensures data encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, while strictly adhering to correspondence log retention policies.
