Knowledge Base
For your AI employee to answer accurately - based on your services, prices, and rules - it needs knowledge about your business. In ATLA AI, the main source of that knowledge is your Business Profile.
Business Profile - the foundation of knowledge
You fill in a convenient structured form about your company, and the AI employee answers clients strictly on its basis. The profile includes:
- Services and prices - what you sell and at what cost.
- Business hours and contacts - hours, phone numbers, e-mail, social media, websites.
- Branches and addresses - if you have several locations.
- Delivery and payment - zones, costs, payment methods.
- FAQ - frequent questions and ready-made answers.
- Promotions - terms and dates.
- Rules and restrictions - what the AI must not promise (important so it doesn't make excessive guarantees).
Everything is filled in with clicks and forms - no programming required. The platform automatically checks the profile for contradictions (for example, if the FAQ conflicts with a service or a promotion) and highlights them, so the AI doesn't get confused.
How the AI uses knowledge
Before answering a client, the AI employee finds the relevant information in your data and forms a response strictly based on it. It does not invent facts: if the information isn't there, it will say so honestly, suggest an alternative, or hand the dialogue over to an operator (configurable). This is critical wherever the cost of a mistake is high: healthcare, finance, e-commerce with a real price list.
Additional materials
If something doesn't fit into the profile, you can add separate materials:
- Paste text directly in the interface - any important fragment (a regulation, a script, a description).
- Upload files:
.docx,.txt,.md,.csv,.json(instructions, sales scripts, price lists with thousands of items). Save Excel files as.csv.
Updating data
Changing knowledge is easy - no "retraining" needed. If prices or delivery terms change, simply edit the profile (or replace the material). Changes take effect instantly: the AI already operates with the new data in its very next response.
