Knowledge Base
ATLA AI intelligence relies on more than just foundational LLMs; it is powered by a unique corporate knowledge management system. For an AI employee to provide highly accurate answers based on your specific regulations, services, and products, you must upload this data into the Knowledge Base.
How the Knowledge Base Works
The platform utilizes RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology. This means that before forming a response to a client, the neural network instantly scans your uploaded documents, finds the relevant information, and constructs a correct answer based on it. The AI employee does not hallucinate facts: if the information is not in the base, it will transfer the dialogue to a human operator or reply according to a predefined escalation scenario.
Supported Formats
You can continuously train your AI employees by directly uploading the following formats without any specialized pre-processing:
- Text Documents:
.pdf,.doc,.docx,.txt(instructions, sales scripts, FAQs). - Spreadsheets and Data:
.xls,.xlsx,.csv(price lists with thousands of items, logistics, inventory). - Websites: Simply paste a link to your website, and the platform will automatically parse its pages and embed them into the agent's memory.
- Raw Text: You can copy and paste any important text snippet directly into the interface.
Updating Data
Controlling the knowledge is effortless. If your prices or delivery terms change, you don't need to "retrain" the model. Simply delete the outdated price list from the Knowledge Base and upload the new one. Changes take effect instantly, and during the very next client response, the AI employee will operate using the updated figures.
