How does billing work for ATLA AI?
Billing is based on a fixed monthly subscription system. Depending on the plan, there are specific limits on the number of processed conversations (dialogues) and voice minutes. For usage beyond these limits, you pay per additional dialogue/minute (Pay-as-you-go).
What is the average monthly cost?
The cost depends on your plan and traffic volume:
Starter: $199 / month Includes: AI Dispatcher, Sales/Support/Info agents, up to 2,000 dialogues. Voice not included. Overage: $0.12 / dialogue.
Pro: $499 / month Includes: up to 7,000 dialogues, 300 voice minutes, AI dialogue analysis, quality control. Overage: $0.09 / dialogue, $0.06 / voice minute.
Enterprise: $899 / month Includes: SLA, up to 20,000 dialogues, 1,000 voice minutes, advanced routing. Overage: $0.07 / dialogue, $0.05 / voice minute.
What is considered a dialogue?
One dialogue is one active communication session with a client in a single channel within 24 hours.
Automatic balance top-up is available to avoid interrupting service for your customers.
