How does billing work for ATLA AI?
Billing is based on a subscription model with a fixed monthly fee. Each plan has a limit on the number of processed inquiries (dialogues).
What is the average monthly cost?
The cost depends on your plan and traffic volume:
Starter: 17,399 KGS / month (≈ $199) Includes: all AI employees, unlimited companies and channels, all chats in one dashboard, the built-in CRM, up to 1,000 dialogues.
Pro: 43,700 KGS / month (≈ $499) Everything in Starter + AI dialogue analysis, quality control, priority support, up to 3,000 dialogues.
Enterprise: 78,700 KGS / month (≈ $899) Everything in Pro + SLA, advanced analytics, a personal account manager, custom routing rules and integrations, up to 5,000 dialogues.
Prices are listed in KGS; the dollar equivalent is approximate, at the NBKR exchange rate.
What is considered a dialogue?
One dialogue is one active communication session with a client in a single channel within 24 hours. No matter how many messages are exchanged inside those 24 hours - it counts as one dialogue.
For Instagram comments, fractional billing applies: one processed comment counts as 0.2 of a dialogue, and continuing the conversation with that client in Direct counts as 0.5 of a dialogue. This way comments don't "eat up" your limit as whole dialogues.

What if you exceed your plan's dialogues?
Customer service does not stop. Dialogues beyond the plan limit are billed at an overage rate and drawn from your balance. To avoid any interruption, enable automatic balance top-up - the system keeps a positive balance on its own, and the AI keeps answering customers without a break.
