CRM Integration
The ATLA AI platform ships with a powerful built-in ATLA AI CRM that lets you manage all requests, track lead-flow analytics, and monitor communication quality. The built-in CRM works out of the box - nothing extra to buy or wire up.
The signature feature of ATLA AI CRM: AI employees autonomously move client cards through funnel stages based on the dialogue context (e.g., "New Lead" → "Qualified" → "Meeting Booked"). You don't change statuses manually - the agent does.
When an order is placed, it drops into Telegram instantly to the owner or responsible manager with the order details and the client's contacts - react immediately without opening the CRM.
Funnel Stages and When a Lead Becomes "Qualified"
Cards move through the funnel: New → In Progress → Qualified → Closed (with a "Won" / "Lost" outcome and a loss reason).
The AI moves a lead to "Qualified" automatically when two key signals appear in the dialogue: the client left a contact (phone/way to reach them) and showed real interest (asked about price, availability, terms, or placed an order). As soon as that's enough, the card is promoted to "Qualified" and the manager gets a notification. The manager doesn't need to track and move statuses by hand - though they can always adjust a status manually.
Manager Access Levels
Access is granular, section by section: for each member you decide what they see and what they manage (view only or manage). For example, an operator can be given only Leads/CRM and chat takeover, without access to agent settings, billing, or company parameters.
This lets you hire human operators to handle complex dialogues without giving them the keys to the whole platform. For full details on roles and presets, see Team and Access Management.
Multiple Companies Per Account
A single owner account can host as many companies (businesses) as you need, fully isolated: separate Knowledge Base, agents, channels, statistics, and CRM funnel each. Built for agencies, franchises, and holdings.

How ATLA AI Engine Integration Works
Every message processed by the AI employee (via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, or website widget) goes through an automatic cycle:
- Identifies the client by phone number or messenger ID.
- Looks up an existing card (Lead/Deal/Contact) or creates a new one with UTM tags.
- Saves a full transcript of the dialogue to the client card timeline.
- Passes system intents and qualification data: fills custom fields ("Ready to view", "Budget > $1000", "Difficult client").
TIP
Human-in-the-Loop (Prompter Technology) For complex non-standard requests, ATLA AI Engine instantly hands the dialogue to a free operator inside the familiar CRM or a Telegram employee bot. The client never notices the switch.
