Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To completely secure the accounts of business owners and top administrators against unauthorized access, our platform fully supports Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

When attempting a login from a new unrecognized device, completing the sign-in will require a one-time passcode sent directly to your phone or verified email, making corporate workspace breaches effectively impossible.

Managing Active Sessions

Inside the Security tab, you have total oversight over all devices currently authenticated within your business account.

Monitor everything in real-time:

• Authorization Timestamps: Exactly when each login occurred.
• IP and Geolocation: The physical location of the incoming connection (Country, City).
• Device Type: Whether it was a desktop PC browser or a mobile device.

Forced Termination

If you notice a suspicious session or if an employee has recently exited the company without logging out, you can forcefully terminate (shut down) any session in a single click, instantly revoking all system privileges and cutting off access to customer communications.
