AI Employees
At the core of the ATLA AI platform lies the flexible creation of intelligent AI Employees. We avoid the term "chatbots" because our agents have structured logic, memory, empathy, and are capable of making meaningful decisions within given business instructions, powered by the high-performance ATLA AI ENGINE orchestrator.
One-click AI employee creation
You don't need to know anything about prompting, AI engineering, or programming. Launching an AI employee is built so any business owner or manager can do it without a developer:
- Fill in the fields about your business (industry, services, prices, working hours).
- Pick and tune the role you need from the AI Employees catalog with clicks - Sales / Support / Admin / Info / Custom.
- Connect a channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, website widget).
- Done - your AI employee starts handling customers.
All configuration goes through visual forms and toggles. Need to fix something? Change it right in the agent card, no restarts.
Pre-configured Agents Catalog (ATLABYTE Verified)
The ATLA AI platform provides a set of fully ready, pre-configured agents for various industries. They are trained in advanced sales techniques and the service standards of large corporations - ready to work within 3 minutes after profile activation.
Unmatched Format Understanding
ATLA Engine AI Employees are not limited to text - the customer communicates however is convenient for them:
- 🎙️ Voice messages: Agents accept voice messages from messengers and transcribe them with high accuracy and virtually no delay. The AI understands the meaning of what was said and answers on point.
- 📷 Photos and images: A customer sends a product photo, a screenshot of a conversation, or a receipt - the AI recognizes what's in the image and responds specifically.
- 📄 Documents (PDF, Word, Excel): The AI reads the file it receives and answers based on its contents - for example, on a specific line of a price list or contract.
- 🔗 Links and Reels: When a client sends a product link or forwards an Instagram Reel, the AI employee follows the link, analyzes the content, and consults specifically on that material.
Basic Agent Roles
ATLA Sales Pro (Sales Agent)
The system's most powerful agent. Trained to qualify cold and warm leads and handle any objection ("Too expensive", "I'll think about it", "Competitors are cheaper"). It doesn't just answer with reference info - it guides the customer down your funnel toward closing the deal.
ATLA Support (Support Agent)
First-line support agent (L1). Resolves up to 80% of common inquiries, checks order statuses in 1C or Bitrix24, advises on return terms and product technical specs. Cuts the cost of running a live call center.
ATLA Admin (Administrator)
Specialized for the service industry (medical clinics, beauty salons, dentistry, auto service). Works directly with the calendar: checks open slots, books clients, handles reschedules, sends proactive visit reminders.
ATLA Info
Informational assistant: answers FAQs, advises on price lists, business hours, and directions. Offloads routine work from human managers.
Custom Agents
If your business processes are unique, the "Agent Studio" section lets you create a Custom Agent with full visual control:
- Unique personality (Identity) and brand communication tone (Tone of Voice).
- Dedicated Knowledge Base: website parsing, Word, regulations, price lists.
- Connecting specific tools (API integrations) and custom dialogue routing rules.
AI that does not hallucinate
ATLA AI ENGINE is built on a Zero-Hallucination Policy: the agent answers strictly within your Knowledge Base and instructions. If the data isn't there, the agent doesn't make things up. This is critical for industries where the cost of an error is high: healthcare, legal, finance, e-commerce with real pricing.
What the AI does when there's no exact answer
Instead of inventing something or just saying "I don't know", the AI follows the path you choose (configured in the agent card):
- Suggest an alternative. If a specific product/service isn't available, the AI picks the closest suitable options from your Knowledge Base and keeps selling instead of losing the customer.
- Hand off to a manager. The AI politely says it will clarify the question and hands the dialogue to a live operator (see Chat Takeover).
- Politely decline. For sensitive topics, the AI gracefully steps away from answering without making false promises.
The same rule protects against promises you never made: the AI won't confirm a discount, deadline, or condition that isn't in your Knowledge Base and rules.
