Alerts and Telegram Notifications

If you don't use a heavyweight CRM system (1C, Bitrix24), or you need instant access to leads right from your phone, the ATLA AI platform offers a convenient Telegram Notifications system.

Instant Order Alerts

Our AI employees can automatically qualify a client, collect their contact details, and assemble an order. As soon as this process is complete, the system sends an instant notification to the linked Telegram account or group of managers.

What does it look like?

When an AI employee closes a deal (for example, successfully books a client for an appointment or completes a cart), a structured message drops into your Telegram:

How to connect Telegram

Setup takes a couple of minutes and happens right in the interface - a wizard walks you through the steps:

  1. Go to Integrations → Telegram Notifications and generate a key - it links your Telegram group to your account.
  2. Create (or open) a working group in Telegram, add the bot @atlacrm_bot, and make it an administrator.
  3. Send the command /getbotid@atlacrm_bot in the group - the bot returns the group ID. Copy it and paste it into the platform.
  4. Click "Send test" - a test notification arrives in the group so you can confirm everything works.

Which statuses to send

You decide which events trigger notifications - for example, only "Qualified" and "Closed" (the default), so you don't get extra noise on every new touch. Notifications can be paused temporarily without removing the link, and the key can be reissued at any time.

Now no qualified lead gets lost, and managers can react to hot inquiries promptly, right from their phones.
